FAQ’s
We go to great lengths to be on time, We have a very good booking and planning system to try and eliminate surprises on moving day, however many things in the moving industry are beyond our control that can delay or speed up the trucks. All of our trucks have a dedicated cellphone for the guys to give an update on the ETA. We run a rolling schedule going from one job to the next.
In our experience, the majority of hold-ups are due to traffic, bad weather conditions, and unfortunately, most often its customers not declaring items to be moved, having an extra pick up or drop off location, or other factors which have not been made known to us.
Please let us know ASAP prior to moving day if your move description changes in any way (more items added, fewer items, waiting on key, multiple locations etc) so we can adjust our schedules accordingly and inform other customers
