What to Expect from your House Visit
When you book a home visit, we will come to you for a relaxed, no-pressure conversation about your move. Here's what you can expect:
- A walkthrough of your home to understand what needs to move, what's staying, and how best to approach the job
- A clear explanation of your options, including how the move will be structured and what works best for your situation
- Information about our packing service. We can take care of all the packing the day before your moving date, so moving day itself is as smooth as possible
- Help with items you no longer need. We can arrange for things to go to auction houses or charity shops, so nothing goes to waste
- A full rundown of moving day including how long everything is likely to take and where your furniture will be placed in your new home. Nothing gets left in the wrong room
- Time to ask any questions — there's no rush, and nothing is too small to ask
